Like the Coupe before it, the Roadster marks the most emphatic leap in power – and most elevated jump in emotion – in over 70 years of the Vantage bloodline. At its heart, a boldly reworked, hand-built 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8. Meticulously engineered. Producing a peak of 665PS and a colossal 800Nm of torque. A driving experience, heightened.

The new Vantage Roadster sees increased stiffness through weight-optimized structural shear panels. Enhanced rear stiffness compared to the coupe allows chassis-mounted components like DTX dampers to perform at their optimum. Combined with larger anti-roll bars to maximize body control. Syncing the driver with the experience. Creating an intensely responsive drive. Every sensation felt more fully. From the road below. To the sky above.
BRAKING
Irresistible braking
Precision-engineered steel brakes offer superlative stopping power as standard. Or specify Carbon Ceramic Brakes to reduce unsprung mass by 27kg. 400mm at the front end, 360mm at the rear end. Defiantly increasing braking efficiency and reducing brake fade at temperatures up to 800 degrees thanks to drilled faces providing superior heat rejection. Later braking, enhanced performance, elevated emotion.

Exterior

As stunning with the roof up as it is with it down. Showcasing authentic, uncompromised lines. The Roadster’s class-leading Z-fold roof is both a mechanism and a statement. Making this new convertible Vantage as eye-catching as it is iconic. A timeless design, refocused through a contemporary lens. Front

Designed for dynamism. Even with the top down, the increased track width gives Vantage Roadster an intensified road presence, whether static or at speed. The new front-end hosts a vaned, recontoured grille helping to drive a 50% greater cooling capacity. A final touch comes in the form of a new optimized front splitter. Tuned to enhance airflow into larger front apertures without compromising aero balance and downforce.

Side

Dynamic, even at rest. The side of the Vantage Roadster sees the return of the iconic Aston Martin side strake. For a touch of dynamism even while standing at ease. The flank is finished by new side sills, frameless door mirrors and presenting door handles. Roadster’s Z-fold roof folds seamlessly into its sleek silhouette.

Roof

A heightened state. The Roadster’s Z-fold roof system transforms the look of your car. An open-air driver’s nirvana. Lightweight. Compact. Designed to fold down to a mere 210mm stack height, giving a seamless, sleek rear profile, while also maximizing luggage capacity. Form and function, as ever, as one. The roof opens or closes in just 6.8 seconds – a class-leading speed. Operational up to a speed of 31 mph. At the touch of a button.

Rear

Less lift. more gravitas. More formidable, from nose to tail. Vantage Roadster is finished with a broad rear end. To cut lift, wheel-arch vents bleed-off air and the rear diffuser keeps the car grounded by managing and optimizing airflow to create low pressure under the car. The quad-exhaust tailpipes sign off emphatically, as memorable for their visual power as for their stainless-steel roar.

Lighting

Own the dark. The Roadster shines with LED headlights and a new daytime running light (DRL) signature. Intelligently imagined by AI and cut in a 6-block pattern to give a distinct character and stop refraction of light from the LED beam in its tracks. Standing intricately detailed and engraved with the Aston Martin word mark. To leave your signature on the night.

Wheels

Alloyed to perfection. The structure of the enlarged 21-inch hand-forged alloy wheels was designed using simulation tools to remove every gram of excess mass without compromising strength or aesthetics. A bespoke blend of tires also helps minimize weight and maximize durability, with improved breakaway characteristics for increased traction and more grip.

The Roadster comes with the option of the Halo system developed with Aston Martin’s audio partner, Bowers & Wilkins. Wrapping every corner with the 15-speaker, double amplified 1,170W surround sound system. Paired with dedicated 3D headline speakers and a powerful subwoofer. Bending sound to the will of your interior and leaving you as plugged into your favorite music, as you are to the road. The Z-fold roof canopy has been acoustically enhanced with eight layers of insulation materials to ensure your in-cabin sound enjoyment is undisturbed.
